PS3 n Return policy ??

Question

I just bought a PS3 at best buy and their return policy is 30days , Iv had it for less than a week now and it crashed it wont power on at all. I was just wondering if anyone knows If I can get a refund or an exchange or if I have to return it to Sony? I don’t want to waste my time.

if it has only been a week they should have no porb takein it back but you need to make sure its broken cuz they are going to hook it up to there tv and try it out be for they give you a brand new one and also be sure to bring everything with you so they can give you a brand new one

well if its a 30 day policy hand it in then
