PS3 or Ipod Touch???

Question

So, I have $460 to blow on a mindless entertainment device. I'm stuck between getting an ipod touch or a PS3. I've heard that you get over the ipod's "holy c**p, i CAN TOUCH IT" factor, but it still seems pretty cool to have. If i get that should i get 8, 16 or 32 gig?

As for PS3, I really don't see much use for it except for HD gaming, and I probably won't use the blu-ray player (cuz i'm too cheap to buy blu-ray movies) If I get this, please specify if i should get 40/60/80 gig or should i wait for promotional packages with the PS3?

Please help me decide, cuz this money is tempting me to spend it.

If it was me, I'd go for the PS3. There are a ton of cool little features on it, but depending on you and your interests you may or may not get a lot of use out of it. I'm thinking you might use the iPod more.

If you're away from home a lot, get the iTouch. Otherwise, get the PS3; there are many good games coming out this holiday season.

Well ps3 games cost as much if not more than blue ray dvds so id go with the ipod

You should get the ipod touch for sure. I would wait for a newer model before buying it because there is always something wrong with 1st generation products from apple. The 8 gig is good for a lot of people. I wouldn't use that much money on electronic items though. There are better things out there to buy.

I would get the PS3

you can go on the internet with your ps3 so who cares about the ipod touch, but then you can make calls.....good luck

ps3 because on a ps3 you can play blueray movies save pictures and videos and if you get the 80gb you can save movies oh and even though you are too cheap to buy blueray movies you can still rent them.an ipod touch is cool but all it is is a phone a computer and touch screen.
