PS3 question 80 gig new sku question?

I am thinking about getting the new ps3 80 gig w/o b/b. (I own a PS2). Please answer the following if you uses the slots that will be removed:

1. Memory Stick/SD/CompactFlash slots,

2. It will onlu have 2 usb ports, do I relly need 4.

I already Have the 40GB so I was without anyway. No Memory Stick/SD/and Flash slots bother me because I can transfer between the PC and PS3 with a USB stick. And have only 2 USB ports isnt a problem unless friends come over to play Rock Band or Time Crisis, but I have a small USB hub for that. So in my opinion its not a big deal but I guess my opinion is one sided.
