PS3 surround sound, how 2 connect lg 37lc55 tv, ps3,panasonic dvd surround sound system SADM3?

Help please i need to connect the above so i can play games and watch blu ray with surround sound?i want to keep me hdmi cable from ps3 any help greatly appreciated its been stressing me all day trying to get them connected

  1. I really need to know what connections your surround sound system and your TV have.

    My PS3 is connected to my TV using a HDMI cable and then connected to my surround sound unit using an Optical Cable this gives the best sound and  video quality


  2. I also use a hdmi for my video and an optical cable for my audio so all is digital.  But it is easily set up using hdmi for video and a PS3 component out cord (normal W/R/Y) attached to a component input at your surround sound deck.
