PS3 update problems?

When I try to download the update for my ps3 the bar stays at 0% and above it says cannot preform background data download

what do i do?

manually download it from the computer and take a usb flash drive and copy it.

go to ps3 and then playstation network. you should see the update settings and all of that

Delete the current gamedata [not savedata] for the game.

After doing this it will work.
