FIFA agent expecting Tevez battle and predicts Napoli could make January signings
FIFA agent, Gaetano Fedele, has casted doubts over A.C Milan’s chances of signing Manchester City striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Carlos-c8346 Tevez.
Tevez has agreed personal terms with Milan but the Italian Champions are yet to agree the deal with his club. The Rossoneri are looking for a free loan but City are asking for a permanent move. On the other hand, French giants,
Paris Saint Germain, have also entered the race to sign the Argentine international and they might pip Milan for his signature.
Fedele revealed that he has doubts if the former West Ham United star would join the Italian Champions because PSG will definitely outbid them. The agent insisted that money will have a major say in the deal but also insisted that
the player’s will also matters.
"I want to be honest, I have a few doubts about the success of [Milan’s] negotiations. Maybe City’s claim is only aimed at raising the cost of the operation. However, as I have I said before, if Milan have to compete with PSG on
an economic level they are destined to fail. However, I think that the will of the player will also count.”
PSG Sporting Director, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Leonardo-c22056, admitted his club’s interest in signing the former Manchester United star and claimed that they will learn more about it in the near future.
Fedele is predicting Napoli to do some transfer business in January and believes that it will depend a lot on the opposition they draw against in the next round. The draws for the last 16 round will be held this week. He added
that the Azzurri might sign a midfielder in January as they do not have adequate cover in the centre of the park.
"I think a lot will depend on who comes out of the draw [for the last 16], in that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 will decide who to gamble on depending on who they are paired with. However, I think something will be done in midfield, given the continued
absence of [Marco] Donadel.”
Napoli are currently 5th in the Serie A table.
