PSP 3000 vs DS Lite?

Which I should buy, the psp 3000 that will come in this October or the ds lite? And will the psp 3000 been hacked or is it will be pandora proof?

It depends on your uses. In my opinion I would choose the PSP 3000 simply because of the games are my type.

Nintendo, is almost always mario related type like mario cart racing, and "G" rated stuff.

On the other hand the PSP 3000 is more Socom and other 1st person shooter game, and is more closer to reality.

The graphics and memory is on the PSP 3000's side.

And keep this in your mind, DS Lite was geared toward smaller kids, 10 and under, and PSP is geared toward the older group.

The PSP 3000 will just have added features to the PSP 2000 models, so there's only little that's added. If you care about graphics as much as the majority of gamers do nowadays, then you may be leaning more to the PSP, though most of their great games are shooters, and about a handful  of the other great games are other genres such as action/adventure and RPG. I'm disappointed that the PSP's games could be better with multiplayer, but game developers fail to put them in, or half-*** it.

If you're more for variety and care more for how the game plays over graphics, then you'll be leaning more for the DS. The DS is a lot of fun with the touch screen controls, but plenty of the good games use the D-Pad and Face buttons. They also put a big emphasis on multiplayer, even if the friend codes get annoying. The games allow for download play with other people, and it usually is more than 2 players that can download. The wifi gameplay is also really well done for their DS.

i personally would say that PSP 3000 has better sound and graphics. but the ds games are MUCH better. the PSP 3000 has other features (other than being able to play games). it can let u surf on the web, contain music, etc. ds cant go on the web, but can contain music, if u buy a special music slot.
