PSP Screen Crash Unexpectedly?

when i turned my PSP on the screen looked like it had long scratches inside of it what do i do

i had the same problem with my Ipod what it is you probably had some weight on it such as packing it in a suitcase or a bag and the weight causes it to have long scraches so my best advice is to see if there is a warranty on it and trade it in for a new one or repair it by taking it to the place where u bought it
