PSP Video 9 HELP.?

Question

I was told to download PSP video 9 and it would allow me to covert my video files into MP4. But however when I try to save the video files into intunes it will not let me. I have tried nearly everything. Its so annoying I dont know how to locate or detect devices such as the PSP. And I thought that I would be able to convert the video files into MP4 and then put them on my n95 but I dont know how too please help.
