PSP internet problems <please help asap!>?

i bought my PSP a few years ago and can not figure out how to get internet on my PSP. i have my WLAN switch on and enter all of the data. it starts to work and then finally a notification pops up saying that the search for the IP address has timed out. i don't know if i am doing something wrong or if it is my computer. also i DO have wireless internet at my house and i do NOT have a lock on the internet.

1. your signal is not strong enough

2. bad connection router problem

3. psp does not match the compatabilities of the network

4. psp has a wifi problem physically in the psp.

i get the dns server error more than the ip address has timed out that means the connection is to busy or the signal is not strong enough your not close enough to the router or the wireless connection.

mhmm happens to me. try resetting your router in other words just pull the plug out wait a few seconds plug it back in reconnect and in no time the internet should work.
