im tryin to set up the internet on my psp and it keeps asking me to turn on the WLAN Switch what is that and where is it please dont tell me to go to the shop where i bought it coz i wnt jsu help me here plzzzzzzz

WLAN switch is located and used in different way for each set.u may find details on user hand book provided by the maker. . . !

it`s on the lower left corner, there is a push button with a green dot.  it`s like the opposite side of the power button.  you have to turn that on to use Wireless (turn it off if u not use wireless to save battery juice).

check the link provided, you can see the button is labelled "Wireless LAN Indicator Light" on that diagram.
