After finishing third in the 2009/10 season, expectations were high for the Boeren to win silverware by the end of the season. Until March earlier this year, it looked like the 48-year-old tactician would manage to guide his side to Eredivisie triumph by

before the start of the upcoming season.
The Dutch trainer has now revealed that he never doubted his position with the Eindhoven giants and does not intend to join another club.
“I am not a runaway. The day before the last game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Groningen-c39119, I had a good talk with Hans van Breukelen. The conversation gave me a great feeling and confidence”, Rutten was quoted as saying to the media.
The tactician then went on to admit that although the conversation between him and the board were positive and the board gave him some much needed confidence, the situation grew tense for him after the defeat to the Pride of the North in the last game.
“After the game against Groningen, I cannot tell what was going through in my head. Of course, a lot happened in those days about my possible departure, but it is important not to get confused”, the 48-year-old tactician concluded.
Nonetheless, it seems evident that the Dutch trainer will be leading http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/PSV-c40281 in the upcoming season as well. But PSV will start looking for a new coach should the results fail to improve this time around.
