PSV Eindhoven’s Balazs Dzsudzsak believes it’s time to take the next step – Dutch Eredivisie news
PSV Eindhoven winger, Balazs Dzsudzsak, has set his sights on a move away from his current club in the upcoming summer transfer market. The 24-year-old winger wants to take the next step in his career and seeks a move to English or Spanish top flights.
The Hungarian International had earlier denied all rumours linking him with a move away from Netherlands. However, following PSV’s disappointing end to the 2010/11 season, Dzsudzsak has revealed that he wants to play at the highest level.
Dzsudzsak said, “It's time for change. Earlier, I did not talk about it, but it is possible for me to leave PSV. It's time for a next step.”
The Hungarian International has remained a vital part of PSV since his arrival at Philips Stadion in 2008/09 season. The 24-year-old winger has scored 46 goals in 114 appearances for his side. His performances this season have attracted interest from a host
of top European clubs. In spite of his determined work and good performances for the Boeren this season, PSV have missed out on silverware this term and perhaps more importantly the UEFA Champions League spot for next season.
Dzsudzsak said, “I wanted to defer the decision until the competition ended. I have almost four seasons in Eindhoven. I would now like to develop further. I want to avoid the saturation strikes”
“That does not mean I finally leave, but if PSV not reinforced in the upcoming summer, I will draw conclusions. I do not know if PSV have sufficient financial resources, it is difficult to put down a good team.”
The 24-year-old could have left his current side in the winter transfer market, as Ligue 1 outfit http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lille-OSC-c39800 were eager to add the young winger to their ranks. However, Dzsudzsak had no intentions to leave PSV and extended his contract that ties him down
to Philips Stadion until the summer of 2015.
The Hungarian International wants to play in Europe’s primary club competition, and that would not be possible should he stay with the Boeren. He said, “I myself prefer playing in the most prestigious competition, Champions League. I see myself playing in
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Portugal-c2984 is also appealing. I do not know where I will be going.”
It seems like Dzsudzsak has set his sights on a move away from his current club. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/PSV-c40281, meanwhile, would certainly look to hold on to their prized asset for the upcoming season. Nonetheless, reports suggest that an offer in the region of 15 million Euros could
be enough to lure the winger away from his current club in the summer transfer market.
