The Canadian international has made it clear that he does not want to prolong his stay at Philips Stadion, and has expressed his desire to play in the English top flight next term.
PSV Eindhoven midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Atiba-Hutchinson-c6889, has expressed his desire of leaving his current side at the end of the ongoing 2012/13 campaign to join a club playing in English Premier League.
The 29-year-old, who arrived at Philips Stadion in the summer of 2010 after making well over 100 appearances in the league for FC Copenhagen, has developed into one of the key players in the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/PSV-c40281 squad since his arrival in Eindhoven.
The versatile midfielder, who can also play at the right-back role, has an expiring contract at Philips Stadion that runs until the end of the ongoing season.
Reports indicate that the club management is keen to prolong the stay of the Canadian midfielder in Eindhoven. However, the talented player has made it clear that he will not sign a contract extension, and will rather move away from his current club on a
free transfer in the summer.
“I will be thirty in February and I want one last adventure. I will be available on a free transfer, so this is the right time”, Hutchinson was quoted as saying to Voetbal International.
The former FC Copenhagen midfielder, who represented Toronto Lynx, Oster and Helsingborg before arriving at Parken Stadium in the summer of 2006, went on to express his love for English Premier League, and has revealed that he will not turn down an opportunity
to play in the highest echelons of English football.
“If something from this beautiful country comes along, I will not think twice”, Hutchinson concluded.
The 29-year-old, who has thus far played 62 games for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Canada-c748 since making his debut in January 2003, has represented the Eindhoven giants in over 50 league matches thus far, netting four goals while amassing plenty of assists along the way.
The technically gifted midfielder would be hoping to put in his best until the end of the season for PSV, and help the club to lift the Eredivisie title before moving abroad.
