PSYCHICS & EMPATHS.....Have you ever been able to find out things about people by hugging them?

Question

You know..when you first meet a person...you might give them a quick hug. Have you ever picked up their feelings etc. from doing this? Do things "flash" in your mind..pictures , strong feelings etc.? Have you ever had to "jump away" from them when you feel something? Just tell your experiences with this, please.

I don't have to actually touch them.  But I get that sometimes like in line at  cash register I can be right behind them or right in front of them and just look up and happens.  Or when I am introduced to someone when I shake hands but I don't think it is the actually touch that does it or makes the connection.  Yesterday I was coming out of a store and there was a group of 2 men, 2 women and one of the women was holding a baby they moved toward me and all the sudden I could just see the man grabbing my purse, I just suddenly knew that they he was going to try and snatch my purse I looked him in the eyes went back into the store and they looked like that got scared, they left really quick.  Then I spent the next 6 hours telling myself how crazy that was.  No one would go purse snatching with a baby, a whole group wouldn't be out to snatch purses, ect  Then on the 6pm news they had a picture of that man from weeks ago where he had snatched a purse from a Wal Mart parking lot on the video surveillence camera, and they said he was with 2 women and a man.  So, I'm glad I listened to my wild thoughts.  but I have never heard of a group of people snatching purses, especially with a baby!

I can tell by just meeting them. I dont need to hug anyone to know what they are about. I just know.

Touching someone for me doesnt seem to have any kind of noticeable effect. However I do from time to time get strong urges to NOT touch someone, and it isnt always clear why.

Most of my insight comes to me while I am sleeping, as I am almost always fully conscious for most of my sleeping time, and no I cant really explain it....lol, it is probably some kind of abnormality in my brain or something.

In the presence of people, the only people I find difficult to read are introverted women that are in groups of extroverted folks. Probably something to do with their inherent discomfort of the social environment they are in making them defensive and hyper sensitive to any focused attention. The only thing I ever read from them is an overwhelming desire to melt into a wall or something. It is actually a rather disturbing thing to be aware of, when someones spirit resembles a frightened kitten trying to hide in a corner. It is very sad so I try not to bother those women.

Generally other people are really easy to anticipate, except some children. Especially hyper-active ones. They really are the chaotic run-amok that they look like on the outside....lol. I try to stay away from them too.

No, not me.  But I find that touching someones hand will sometimes give me flashes.  One time our group of psychics was doing some work on skills building and we were to try to read each other.  The gal I was paired up with is a really good psychic and when I was trying to read her I got such and over load  of images I had to pull away.  Her mind works on such a high rate it spooked me.  I find it is hard work to read people and I try to keep it turned off as much as possible.  Sometimes it will just bust through.  I saw the green river killer where I work at long before he got caught and knew he was pure evil.  I still get creepy feelings when I think about it.

I love getting hugs from someone that give them freely, they have so much love and warmth built up inside that they pass a little on to you - I used to get that feeling when I hugged my wife's grandmother. My first hug from her was as warm and loving as the last.

I usually don't need to hug or touch a person to feel the "heaviness" around them, they can suffocate a whole room.

i can by touching their hand or a picture or starring at them. I even can hear our  conversation before i talk to them.

I also think its weird to have dreams of the future..i.e. i remember having dreams of my sophomore year in hight school, then ill get to my sophomore year and its all deja-vu
