PSYCHO FANTASY instrumental music?

I am looking for some INSTRUMENTAL (not with singing) music (may be a soundtrack) to use as a backgroung for a radio play which is set in a world of nightmares - but not really a horror story. It is just different, otherwordly odd, twisted. So should be the music. Not looking for a well known melodies by Danny Elfman and so on... Any ideas?
