can somebody pl tell me the difference between a PUB / Discotheque / bar.

a pub in actuality is a place where the emphasis is on the different types of beers and less emphasis on spirits. Its an English concept, where people would get together over a few drinks normally after work.

A bar is where the emphasis is on the alcoholic drinks like spirits. Spirits include all alcoholic drinks which are distilled, other than beer and wine, which are fermented alcoholic beverages.

A discotheque is a place where alcoholic beverages are available and a dance floor is provided for the patrons to dance.
