  1. I have had them.  They felt like big thumps in my chest.  I had to wear a holter monitor and it showed I had thousands of them.  I found them uncomfortable but I wouldn't call them painful.  You need to see a cardiologist for an assessment so he can order the necessary tests. He might then refer you to a cardiac electrophysiologist whoes specialty is dealing with rthym disturbances of the heart.  Until youv'e been evaluated no one can tell you what anything that might reassure you. Are you taking any medications? Do you have chest pain before your PVC's start or after? Any family history of heart disease? You don't state how often this is occurring? Does it happen after you exert yourself, or does it occur at rest? Are you under any stress right now?

  2. I have PVC's but never had a painful one, as long as i dont drink caffeine im okay with like 1-5 a day with caffeine and like none to like the odd one without caffeine.

My mum saids shes had a PVC before that actually hurt when the heart pumped. Said she swore she had two of them in a row.
