Pa residents. What phone company would be the cheapest? No internet phone connection ones.Just long distance?

I need to know what company is the best, in Hershey, Pa. they have verizon and they are very expensive. I would like to get another long distance service. Not the ones you go through internet with.

get a cell phone! there is no long distance charge on a cell phone. i haven't had a land line since 2001. it's cheaper straight across the board.
