  1. Actually, "bok choy" is spelled with a "y" (as is said it America) or "pak choi", which is one of the romanized versions of the Chinese word. Sometimes, it's just known as napa cabbage.

    On another note, as far as what can be done with bok choy, there is alot you can do! You can stir-fry it, use it in a potsticker filling, use it to flavor asian-style noodle soups, and much more.

    The vegetable is of Chinese origin and I'm a person who loves to explore other cultures, as well as stay true to a particular culture's cuisine.

    Therefore, I prefer to make Chinese-style dishes with bok choy.

  3. it Bok Choi by the way. umm you can steam it and add salt chicken seasonings pepper, and a little bit of sesame oil. you can eat them with noodles, soups, anything really.

    You can simply steam and drizzle with garlic oil.

    Cook as you would swiss chard or any other leafy green.
