if its 7PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), what will it be in EST (Eastern Standard Time)?

You mean in US Time zones? 10PM. We're 3 hours ahead of California.

EDIT: When I saw this in the australia section, I figured you meant australian time, but we don't use those names for the australian time zones in the US, we list it based on the major cities in the zone. A quick google search shows a 2 hour time difference, so the correct answer would be 9PM.

Australia is 18 hours ahead of PST. ATM, we're 17 hours ahead of PDT
