No.  Pacifico is awful stuff.  Negra Modelo, Tecate, Bohemia and Dos Equis are much better Mexican beers.  If you drink Pacifico, you might as well save your money and drink Old Style or something really cheap like that.  Pacifico and the really cheap stuff taste about the same only Pacifico is imported so they charge more for it.

BTW, I spelled "Negra Modelo" right the first time I published my answer, but the stupid Yahoo Answers censorship thing thought the first word of the name was a bad word.  It just means the color black in Spanish for crying out loud.

Well, Pacifico is good. But both Corona and Cristal are better than Pacifico.

Pacifico is nothing like Corona.  It is brewed with much more hops. Tends toward a darker body... and is much smoother that Corona.

Anyone who says Corona (which is not a bad beer) is better than Pacifico is not a beer expert in any way.

That is like saying Mogan David wine is better than a French Bordeaux..

Yeah, it's real good, especially with salt and lemon. Better than those other weird beers that already have the lemon in it. That's just not right.

My taste buds don't discern that much of a difference between Corona and Pacifico and where I live, Pacifico's a bit less expensive.  But in the end, I confess I prefer Corona.
