Pack for Quebec?

i am going to quebec and people say its very cold there

what should i pack to be prepared for it?

You will need light winter clothes, and think layers because it could get lovely and warm in mid afternoon if the sun is shining.  Depending on where you are going in Quebec, be prepared for some snow, but mostly you will need footwear for wet conditions.  A waterproof and windproof jacket is a  must.  Have fun!

If you are travelling soon, yes, its still cold in Quebec right now, still lots of snow.  The calendar may say spring but weather-wise it's still winter so pack your winter jacket and a pair of boots, mittens/gloves and a hat or whatever you wear for winter.

If you are going real soon like a week of two. Warm ,water resistant foot ware ,if we get snow this time of year it`s wet and slushy winter jacket gloves and a hat.In a month, a warm jacket ,it will still be cold at night but will be nice during the day.

the snow is melting slowly..I'm starting to wear shoes..but it's still cold..(and sunny !)
