Package delivery question... difference of the ff:?

i was planning to buy a figurine from hobbyfan.com and i was given these choices.... im from the Philippines...

(Express Mail International (EMS) (6 Days)) $31.50

(Priority Mail International (6 - 10 Days)) $26.90

(Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope (6 - 10 Days)) $9.90

(First-Class Mail International (Varies)) $18.80

i just would like to know the description and difference of these four mailing options.... coz i really have no idea bout this things... thankies!

Express mail international is the fastest service, and they usually have more regards for the package since you paid more for it to get there. looks like the best deal, since it is more secure and its less than 5 bucks more than priority

priority mail international is a good service, i use that one personally because it is a good option for sending from the us to europe, but in your case, i dont trust the mail system in teh phillipines, so express mail is the way to go

priority mail flat rate..is only!!! for documents, so doesnt look like it applies to you

and first class mail international is the slow way..like sticking a stamp on it and dropping it in a drop box..
