Package holiday to Santorini in September help: Trouble finding flights that don't come back at 3am. ?

My dad is coming from NZ and will be in Santorini from the 20th Sep onwards. It was looking like the easiest way was to do a package trip from 23rd Sep to 30th Sep. However, most of the trips within our (girlfriend and me) budget (sub £350) seem to arrive back in London at 3am. As I don't have enough holiday to take the 31st off it would mean turning up to work with a few hours sleep.

Obviously they fly at this time for price, but any other ideas? Ive looked into flying into other destinations but then we'll lose a lot of time on ferries etc.
