Packard Bell Easynote R1802 Switch Off When...

I Have a Packard Bell Easynote R1802
When I use the battery the Laptop Switches off and the battery light flashes with a red led.
If I use the Laptop without Battery it works on AC Power
But on AC Power and the while charging it switches off
