How about going a different route and getting him a custom made jersey?  It costs about the same and I think he would really love it.  Now if he already has one you might need to go with the players you listed.  Go with Driver.  He's an established veteran and a fan favorite.

if he likes offense the u should get... aaron rodgers #12, ryan grant #25, brandon jackson #32, greg jennigs #85, or donald driver # 80....

I would say go with Donald Driver. He has been a stud for the cheese heads for a while now and will probably retire in Green Bay as well making your dads jersey a throw back at worst. Jackson just isn't worth it yet, especially due to Ryan Grant's surge. Rodgers hasn't shown anything yet, although he is the future QB now so you know the jersey could be worn proudly for a while from now. However, Driver is the choice for me!

I bought my father a custom Browns Jersey for X-Mas. I picked a number of a player he liked from when I was a kid and watched the games with him. His name is on the back and he loves it. He wears it every Sunday and says it will never go out of style because it's HIS! I'm with the first guy in that idea. Int eh days of free agency it's hard to like any single player.
