Packers Fans will our Season be a waste if don't make the playoffs this year

Packers fans i'm wondering if our Packers start the season 1-5 and then would not make the playoffs, will our season be a waste'' really i have nothing against Rogers, but i can not see him starting his 1st season as a starter. and then leading this very talented team to the playoffs

i know this team is very talented and if we had Brett will would be better then last year, but stupid Thompson and his friends inside the Packers Management, put themself ahead of our team. so if our Packers miss the playoffs this year can we fire Thompson

No i don't think it would be a waste, i live in minnesota and #1 ranked vikings fan in the world, my opinion but when it comes to football i know my stuff. Anyways look at minnesota over the past couple years TJ in my mind is a very talented player and a smart one on and off the field, and yea has made mistakes. Vikings have a running game, a core group of WR's, and a deep overall defense. The packers have about the same thing and are in the same situation as the vikings superbowl bound with the talent they have. As for the question, no it won't be a waste because the load wont be on his shoulders as much. All rogers has to do is hand the ball off and make smart plays and the pack will be wild card holders at the end of the season. GO VIKINGS YOU GOT THE DIVISION IN THE BAG

I have to dissagree with you on the packers front office keeping Favre. they did the right thing. The way they handled the situation is another story.

But I think the Packers will do fine. They still have a good group of guys to surround aaron rodgers and look who he has sat behind for the past 3 seasons. Favre. that in itself gives him some points. . He is very underrated coming into the season and I think he will supirse a lot of people. No he will not be a Brett Favre type of qb but I don't think he really wants to be. Packers still are going to win that division.

I don't think this season will be a waste. You have to give him some time. I just don't think Fans are willing, but do you really have a choice?

Of course it will be a waste..They are a young team that was in the NFC Championship. Their big mistake with Favre is not bringing in a good veteran backup for Rodgers. If Rodgers is a bust, then what? Brohm, Flynn?

They should have got Pennington in the trade. He would at least make a good backup.

As a lifelong Bears fan I can say that a kick *** QB is nearly impossible to find.

No way Rodgers can take the pressure. He will stink and cheeseheads will lose thier minds. I can't beleive they let Favre go!!

of course it will be, the packers seem so confident that Rogers can lead them that they traded away a packer legend.

if the team starts out 1-5 and misses the playoffs there are going to be a lot of angry fans in GB.

Will it be a waste? I guess that is a matter of opinion, I think the Packers have already lost the loyalty of alot of fans just by punking Brett like that, but if they do make it to the playoffs, people will forget this c**p a little easier. Or I shouldn't say forget, because I doubt that will happen, but you know. Management is stupid, Brett is a legend. They will most likely not make it to the playoffs this year.
