  1. a umbrella

    i live in ireland

    so s***w you

  2. It was chillier than i expected it to be.

make sure you have a couple of good sweaters/sweatshirts etc... and a hat.

comfy shoes are a necessity, especially if you'll be sightseeing in the countryside... it can get quite hilly and rocky!

    enjoy your trip!

  3. I do not know if you are a Man or Woman but here goes.

Some Toiletries Shaving Set Deodorant etc.

Try and bring the least amount as possible, Changes of Underwear 12 underpants.

Jeans and Tee Shirts Cardigan, Waterproof Coat.

    For going out in Evening

Good Jacket and Trousers and a couple of good Shirts and Ties, and a good Pair of Shoes

  4. bring alot of warm clothes! its very cold over there and unliek the states it goes right through you its very damp.

bring jeans, sweats, sweaters, hoodies, tshirts and a jacket ofcourse.

not to mention socks, underwear and the usual.

    have funn, im extremly jealous!!

  5. Definitely a good map especially if you are going to be driving.

A raincoat or some sort (could be a windbreaker with a hood even)

Layers of clothes, turtleneck, long sleeve Ts, sweaters or sweatshirts etc.

Good shoes that you can walk in. I'd even suggest boots. Simply because at this time of year they are still getting  a good deal of rain.

Personally, I wouldn't bother with an umbrella. I studied on the West Coast for a semester while in college and my friends who brought umbrellas quickly found them broken or useless. The wind can be pretty strong. I think it's better to simply pull up the hood on your coat.

A sense of humor, fun and adventure and a willingness to be spontaneous. You'll find the Irish people to generally be welcoming and interested in you. Spend some time in pubs, especially if you can find one that is doing some traditional music. If you are driving, be adventerous and explore a bit. We followed a sign one time a few years ago for a waterfall. The road took us up this mountain to an area where we could park and we then hiked about a mile to this beautiful waterfall. Totally worth the time out of our schedule.

  6. bring a warn jacket cos its still a bit chilly here, esp at night. also an umbrella as there may be rain. And a map.
