In summer?  expect warm to hot.  Bring some nice shoes...they can spot an American a mile away because we all wear tennis shoes.  Most people don't wear athletic shoes unless they are at the gym!  Dressy ballet flats will get you going.  if you are planning to stay long enough to make it worthwhile, you might want to buy shoes there.
