Packing for a 5 day basketball camp.?

i'm going to a basketball camp in a few days. located in southern california, santa barbra. and i'm not sure what to bring.

i need a checklist of things to bring.

more detailed, the better.

Obviously you need to bring your sanitary supplies with you.  Other things I would consider include sunblock, insect repellent, aloe vera gel, a camera (throw aways, not an expensive digital), a journal, a couple of books, a water bottle, and a phone calling card.
