Packing list to Florida?

whoever can create the best packing list will be chosen as the best answer. i am twelve we have a swimming pool and the beach. we are staying for 7 days and one of the days i will be in a hotel please include emergency pads because i was ovulating or discharge for two days so i may start at the end of 2 weeks please include sunglasses and other stuff please

1 sweater (might get cold on the beach)

Well the thing is if you are going to go swimming and go to the beach and get in the water and all...If you are on your period you will need to bring tampons you cant get in the water with pads.
