Pacquiao will win...

Diaz and Pacquiao are relentless, explosive, go-forward-and-attack style boxers.  Pacquiao has newly gained boxing skills from Freddie Roach, and it will play a big factor tonight.

Diaz will come forward, only to be outboxed and attacked relentlessly by the destroyer.

Moving up in weight is not going to bother Pacquiao either.  He weighed in against Marquez at fight night with full clothing at around 146 lbs., which means he fought around 140.  Diaz is a big guy, but couldn't even drop a fading Morales, after Pacquiao stopped him twice, once in the 11th and then again in the 3rd.

As for chin, Morales couldn't drop Pacquiao once in their 3 fights together.

Speed will also be Diaz's weakness, as it was shown when he got dropped in the first round against Morales by a quick counter punch.

To be safe, I'd say Diaz will lose by Unanimous Decision, but I really think Manny can pull out the knockout.

Either way, unlike Barrera and Marquez, Diaz will not be scared to trade with Pacquiao, and he will be respected for trying to make this a real fight, like Morales did.  Diaz ain't no joke.  He'll be hungry to win and hold his belt against the new Pound for Pound King.

Diaz said he is going to outbox Manny Pacquiao, If he does that he will not win, you dont beat Manny by boxing. You beat him by slugging it out with him and having a better chin and more stamina...but even then you would be flirting with disaster.

Diaz legs will slow from the body punches from Manny around round 6, by round 7 Manny is catching him more flush, by round 8 Manny stops him.

Or the clash heads and the fight is a no contest. Or goes to the scorecards after 4 rounds, which Manny might be behind.
