Pacquiao VS. Diaz?

are they going to fight? When? Who do you think would be the winner?

Yes, Manny Pacquiao (46-3-2, 35 KOs) will face David Diaz (34-1-1, 17 KOs) on June 28th.  I think that Pacquiao will win the fight fairly easily.  Diaz is a decent fighter, but he struggled like h**l against a severely faded Erik Morales- the same Morales that Pacquiao knocked out twice in decisive fashion, and Diaz faced Morales after Pacquiao went through him, and he still barely beat him.  I also don't think that the fight being at lightweight will have that much effect on Manny because he came into his last fight in the 140s, so he has no problem making 135, and Diaz is not that big of a puncher.  Even if Diaz has improved since the Morales fight, I don't think that he is a good enough fighter to beat Pacquiao, but he IS tough enough to go the distance, so my prediction is- Manny Pacquiao by unanimous decision over David Diaz in a pretty entertaining fight.
