I hope by saying he is the greatest boxer you mean right now, the present and not greatest as in all time great. Pacquiao is not even the best lightweight.

Diaz was a paper champ as most experts said before the fight, it was a tune up and nothing more. Don't get too excited when a fighter beats a tomato can, they will always look good.

Manny will have a hard time against Valero and has a very good chance of losing that fight because valero can bang as well. Joan Guzman would be a very dangerous opponent for Pacquiao because he carries one punch power and is also very fast.

Manny won titles on 4 weight classes and that is a great feat by itself and should get him into the hall of fame. He should not go up to 140 because it's just too much weight to carry for his small frame. He should stay at 130 and take on the biggest names at that weight class then retire.

If you're referring to "who's gonna beat" Pacquiao, then my answer is no one. But if you're referring to "who's got a chance to beat Pacquiao", then my answer is Juan Manuel Marquez ONLY.
