Freddie Roach, the trainer of renowned boxer Manny Pacquiao from Philippine has said that he had the fears for his fighter might quite boxing to focus upon the politics with greater concentration. Pacquiao, the five-weight world champion had managed to win
a seat in the Philippine Congress in May, amid which Roach said that there were signs that the boxer had fallen out of love with the sport.

job. When Roach tried to convince him that he was already at his job, the boxer corrected him by saying that he was missing the Congress.
Manny Pacquiao, who is considered to be a national hero in the Philippines, is currently representing the province of Sarangani in the congress. After the player had been elected, he had made it clear that he would have only one more fight, after which he
was planning to quit boxing for good. The fans of Pacquiao around the globe have felt rather disappointed after the stated comments were aired by Roach, the boxing coach. Pacquiao’ fans were expecting a big fight of his against the great Floyd Mayweather from
America, which is now less likely to happen. A planned fight between both of the boxers was decided to happen in January, which Pacquio latter on refused amid the demands from Mayweather for random urine and blood tests.
Commenting upon the situation, Freddie Roach said that he was even concerned with the fight of the boxer against Margartio, as they could not have the best training camp yet for that. While talking to an international media reporter, the coach expressed
his fears by saying that he was a little worried over the coming fight. He further said that there were chances that the boxer might not make it against Amir Khan from Britain for the WBA light weight championship which was expected to be organized soon.
He was of the view that Pacquiao was to face a big and strong guy, which required from him to be in great shape. Since they had been a little behind the schedule, things might turn up to them in an unusual way. He further expressed that he was not sure about
whether it was the size which was sparring the boxer from the fight or he was himself not that much into the game. However, he also revealed that his trainee was getting better and better with each passing day, though they had been a little slower than the
usual schedule.
“Manny has been totally unpredictable throughout his career; one day he has his first sparring session while on the other day he can fight for 12 rounds, at this point of the camp, it is not easy for me to come up with a final prediction” Roach
added.
Prior to the big fight in the mid of the coming November, Pacquiao would have two hard weeks of sparing before he would start tapering off and slowing down and saving the freshness for the fight.
As for the Pacquiao’s career as a boxer or politician is concerned, besides both of these professions, he has also been appearing into the feature films, television shows and has successfully released a number of albums.
On the other side, Margarito, the last man he is going to have in the ring as a professional boxer, hails from Mexico. Margarito is a former welterweight world champion and has won 38 out of his 45 last fights. He has also beaten some of the biggest names
of the area. However, this giant from Mexico had been banned last January, when an illegal hand wrap was found in his glove. Since then, this would be his first fight, while Pacquiao has constantly been in practice.
