Pacquiao vs Gatti ?

if gatti cannot win at welterweight he should move back down to lightweight and fight manny pacquiao

this might be the fight of the century. both warriors with giant hearts. we will witness brawl till one of them die. pacquiao will win though.

that would have been an awesome fight. but gatti retired. he could come back but no reason for pacquiao to fight him.

gatti retired , but pacquiao in my opinion would win , gatti has a badass fighting style , well he kinda just lets the other guy beat the **** out of him

First off, Gatti would never be able to make 135.  If by some miracle he did, he would be so drained that Pacquiao would demolish him in 1 to 2 rounds.  At this point, I think Pacquiao would make quick work of Gatti even at 140 or 147 pounds.  Pacquiao is an all time great fighter, whereas Gatti was never even a serious contender at any weight.

Pacquio, he's strong and fierce and in every fight I've seen Gati in he's getting torn apart.

Gatti was killing himself to make 140 and he physically couldn't do it anymore.  There would be no way he could make 135.  He would look so gaunt it would be sickening.  And for those of you who don't think an extra 5-7 lbs means anything, I know from experience.  I was dropping to 165 from 180 (where I would naturally weigh around 190) and it was utter h**l!  And the last 5 lbs were the worst!  It took 2 of my sparring partners putting me in the sauna and blocking the door for me to lose the last 2 lbs.  And I had nothing when I got in the ring.

Gatti is retired now.  Let him enjoy his well-deserved retirement and we can still enjoy seeing him fight thanks to youtube and DVDs!!!
