I love the Hitman.  However, I feel that Pacquiao might get this one.  For starters, he is at his prime, and I have seen that he is capable of retaining his ungodly hand speed without the cost of power due to an upgrade in weight class.  We all know how good he was as a feather- and superfeatherweight...however, as testament in the Pacquiao-Diaz fight on Saturday, he certainly has the speed and quickness necessary to dominate the lightweight division as well.  Diaz said himself that Pac-man's punches were just too fast...in addition, Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's trainer, was very content with how he performed.  He, like many, were concerned with how the speed would translate from a 130 to a 135 lb. class, and his K.O. of Diaz in the 9th showed that if anything, going up in weight class is only going to make him stronger.

Hatton's work ethic is incredible, that is one of the reasons why I like him so much.  I also am satisfied with how he fought against Mayweather as well, as incredibly talented as Floyd Jr. was....but due to what I've seen in recent months, I'd take Pacquiao.  One thing's for sure....if this fight really does happen, it is going to be BRUTAL. Two very strong and very tough fighters in the ring = a great fight.
