  1. NO. MANNY WON THE FIGHT. IF YOU'RE NOT A DIRTY BOXER, HOW CAN YOU WIN THE FIGHT? DUH!

  2. Hey pumpkin, that was not an intentional headbutt, Marquez should have won if he hasnt been knock downed. Too bad he's downed so he lost. Pacquiao lost to Morales on their first fight because of a headbutt, now can you say that Morales was a dirty fighter? If there was a very dirty fighter, it is Barrera and not Pacquiao.

  3. definitely a good fight. i love watching clean fights and last night definitely is. unfortunately one has to walk away a loser of a great fight between great fighters. you cant definitely take anything away from those two fighters but the winner do deserves the win. good luck to those fighters. that pac man sure is a feisty one.

  4. d**n I love Pumpkin Pie...

Oh and, I believe that knockdown made all the difference. Pacquiao was putting the pressure on as Marquez was gradually making a come back. I think if this was a 15 rounder even with the knockdown it would have lead to another tie.

And if Pacquiao didn't get that knock down I believe it would have also resulted in a tie.

Pacquiao edged a win in this bout no matter how you or any one else critiques it but it was a hard fought battle from both fighters that really could have gone either way.

  5. Marquez did win the fight judges got it wrong

  6. They both have a cut. manny is not a dirty fighter even if you watch all his previous bouts. Maybe Marquez would have the fight if not only he was knocked down on the 3rd round.

  7. Very dirty? It's not like the head-butt was intentional.  Neither Marquez nor Pacquiao are dirty fighters. They break from clinches cleanly. Low-blows aren't intentional. No elbows.

Marquez got knocked down in the third, and basically decided the fight. It could have easily been another Draw if he didn't go down.

What it comes down to is, never let a fight get to a decision if you can. Don't let the judges take your fate in their hands. Knock the guy out and decisions won't happen.

  8. Hey headbutts are a part of boxing, sometimes intentional sometimes not. It wasnt intentional this time though, so its no excuse. Anyways even if he hadnt been cut he was clearly knocked down once and almost again but luckily he grabbed the ropes and was saved by the bell. it was a fair fight with a predictable outcome.

  9. Pac is not a dirty fighter. He shows lots of class in his fights. Cheapshots may show but mostly unintentional and intermittent.

Marquez may have won if he did not fall on the 3rd but also think of what may have happened if there was enough time on that round. Pac may have finished him.

Great counter punching by Marquez. Very accurate when landing his right after Pac retrieves his left. This is the reason why Pac was too cautios to gamble in closing in.

Pac, however, still found his way get in and land power shots. Being the more agressive, less punches landed more powerful though, Pac won the fight
