It's easier to use padded lamp posts .than to put them all in padded cells ..as Mr angry used to say on the t.v. show .."They're all mad ! They're all mad..." It's a mad world..London is a crazy city...besides the councils have got to waste our tax money somehow ..or they have to give it back..

it is a waste of money. but now days people can sew (take to court, dont know how to spell it) the goverment so i gues its clever in a dumb way. some guy sewd the paper company cause he got a paper cut. lol
