Paddington, Bayswater or South Kensington TO GET AN HOTEL?

HELLO! I really don't know how zone to choose! We ( 2 ) need a central, cheap ( max £80/d/room ) and clean hotel in London. Looking for it on internet we found 3 hotel in each of these zones.

Are they safe zones? What about the nightlife? and the links with the centre ( also in the night ) ?

Which I have to choose?
