  1. you cant run water on others property your in trouble

  2. S

  3. he probably uses chemicals for his plants in his garden, big frikkin deal.

  4. I don't know laws or anything like that but its water! You cant't really help the way it flows!

  5. Thats flipping ridiculous. Its water. Unless his garden contains some sort of weird hydro-allergic vegitation, he's just being a prick. Tell him to grow up.

  6. What you can do is dig a trench (doesn't have to be very wide but should be pretty deep) from where the water is flowing to a place that you don't mind getting wet and make sure that you save the grass that you will be digging up (if you will be) so that when you have dug the trench you can just cover the top to make the yard look seamless.  As far as your neighbor doing anything he really can't do to much for you.  I would just apologize and ask if there is any way that you can help fix his garden.  If he gets mean about you offering to help don't worry too much some people can be kinda uptight about stuff.

  7. the neighbor may have had very shallow seeds or plants that could be washed away too much water causing the seeds to wash away or plants to be uprooted.

  8. Too much water can drown a plant. Just like too much water can ruin lots of things. I can see why he is upset. You should apologize and just make ammends with your neighbor. Explain the situation and hopefully he will understand. If not. s***w him!

  9. answer it urself

  10. Well I doubt it ruined his garden but either way he FEELS that you did him wrong and if you want to be a good neighbor - and a good person you should at the very least give him a real apology.

I'd ask if there was anything you cold do to help his garden.

Wouldn't you rather be a good person, a good neighbor than 'the jerk that ruined my garden'?

  11. your neighbor needs to take this stick out of his *** and realize that he sucks at gardening and blaming it on you isnt going to make his plants grow..

  12. your neighbor cant do anything to

  13. Depending on the area you live in, you may be responsible for water or other drainage fluids that run off of your property.  Yes too much water can ruin some plants.  The water may have been laden with chlorine which will definitely hurt plants.

  14. just pay him a 100 bucks and he will leave you alone
