Harrington said after the Friday round, "I’ve been telling you it’s coming for a good while. So I’m always optimistic but I’m seeing some great signs out there".
He continued, "I’m getting a quality strike on a lot of shots and as I said, I seem to be rolling the ball nicely so just kind of have to get used to it now and run with it".
Harrington has not won a single event since his last victory at Johor open in 2010. Like most of the European players, he is also eager to make it into the final 12-mamber team for the Ryder Cup, schedule at Medinah Country Club in Chicago this year.
