Page Load Error - Network Time out

Question

I'm using IE 7 and Firefox 3. I'm able to pull up all websites i type in but one on my desktop PC. The error I'm getting is "Page Load Error" Network Timeout The server at .com is taking too long to respond. However on my phone through sprint and on my laptop through same Comcast modem I use for my PC I'm able to see the site. It's not a the host server otherwise i wouldn't be able to pull it up on my phone and laptop, or so i think. I've tried turning off my firewall and still i can not pull up site.I've Talked to tech of host site. Went to www.pagewash.com - That site removes all ISP proxy settings and runs it thru a clean proxy. It worked there so he told me problem is on the network somewhere between my computer and the ISP or the ISP out to the net.Unfortunately my ISP does not have "real" techs and i'm still talking with people reading canned answers.
