Page prints half page then jams

Question

Every first page out stops printing when page is halfway out of the printer. When I open the front door and close it, the page comes out with a full print, but has a mark on it where it was against the heat roller. Then a full plain white sheet comes out after it. It is pulling 2 sheet out of the tray for every one it is supposed to print. It does this if I print a singe page or a multi-page document.
