Page won't come up and stay up

Question

page starts to come up, lasts about 2 seconds and then I get a blank page. If I go in from my favorites list, I sometimes get just the video block, but it has a rectangle missing from the upper right hand corner of the video block.
I just got a new internet provider. Could there be a problem with the new installation that I don't know about?
