  1. There are a lot of scams out there, so be careful. There are a few sites that I have used for a while now and have gotten paid by. The good sites won't charge you to join and don't make you complete "special offers" but just ask you to take surveys.  They will usually pay around $1-$5 and up to $15 per survey, and up to around $50 a month per site. Each survey takes between 5 and 40 minutes, and you usually get paid within a few weeks either by check or paypal.

The sites that I use are SurveySavvy and Opinion Outpost, along with several others. There are a bunch of reviews at http://www.earnontheside.com/?page_id=13 , Just remember, if a site wants your credit card.... then it is a scam.

  2. Yes, there are such sites, but your time will hardly be worth it.  Around $3 an hour as far as I remember.  You are better off finding a different way to make money online.  Look through websites which feature free and legit money making ideas and business plans.  One such site is finduseful.com  Here is the link:

    http://www.finduseful.com

  3. You can try at this website http://www.shellcash.com/members/registe...

It is a surveys website. It is free to register, they didnt charges any fees. They paid the payment  by check or paypal. You can drawout your money when you reach the minimum payout $10. You can see the questions at faqs or forum. But see the term and condition first before you register, make sure that the job is suitable for you. Hope can help you.

  4. http://www.cash4real.webs.com/

  5. Most of them are scam.. they ask for upfront payment and guarantee that you'll cover it in days.. but then they disappear..

elance and guru are good option you can try to explore others as well.

List and links of some genuine surveys can be found here: http://genuine-surveys.blogspot.com/ and links for genuine data entry jobs can be found here: http://genuine-dataentry.blogspot.com/ they are all free to sign-up and seems legitimate so far to me.
