Paid for xbox online, received it and now money is back in my account?

Question

I bought an xbox online last week (2nd May), they took the £250 off my account that day (it was definitely taken off as the whole weekend i had no money in that account)... anyway we received the xbox yesterday and all of a sudden the money is back in my account! But there is no transactions saying that it was taken out or that it was put back in? I am so confused!!!! what do you think happened? DO you think they made an error on their side? If so - can they just take the money out my account anytime?

Personally i would hang on for a week or so,it may have had something to do with the bank holiday monday.Hope it goes well for you.

Cool go out and spend it. It's there fault like.

Sometimes they put a temp hold for the amount on your account, but they can only temp hold for so long.  Once it clears there side it will come back out of your account. This can take up to a week. Dont spend the money it is theirs.

well I would not touch the money and just wait and see what happens

sometimes the money wont go out of your account until 2 - 4 days later......just wait and the money will be out of your account within the next few days
