Paid my doc bill 2yrs ago get?

I when to the doc for a check up for immigration 2yrs ago, i paid my bill in full. Todays I got my credit report and its on there as delinquent. I call ed the doc office they said its there mistake. How do I get it off my credit report and can I sued the doc?

Dispute the account at the credit bureaus as "paid" and it should fall off.
