Paid to go to school?

if your working and have kids etc. and going to school and it's hard for you to have time to study blah blah blah and it's making your grades drop is there something where you can be paid to go to school that way you don't have to work?

Yes, but it's called getting a PhD in the sciences.  That's the only schooling that's almost always paid for and includes a stipend.
